Contents 11

Section 1: Parties and scope

These terms of use apply to all visitors of mythos.ac, authorized staff and teams signing in to the dashboard, and users running the MYTHOS review application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Section 2: Description of the service

MYTHOS is an independent review and reporting platform built for FiveM communities and server teams. An authorized team member creates a one-time PIN; once the player runs the application on their PC and accepts the agreement, findings are compiled into a signed report.

Section 3: Accounts, authorization and access

Dashboard access is provided via Discord authentication and individual (Premium) or team (Enterprise) permissions granted by MYTHOS. Dashboard sessions are valid for at most 1 day (24 hours). Granted access is strictly personal or restricted to the designated team and may not be shared or transferred.

Section 4: Acceptable use

MYTHOS may be used only for genuine, legitimate server reviews to help maintain fair play. Every generated PIN and download link must be shared only with the player undergoing that review.

Section 5: Prohibition of self-scanning, abuse and reverse engineering

Users or team members with dashboard access are strictly prohibited from running scans on their own PCs or affiliated devices to test the system, experiment with cheats, or probe what is or is not detected (self-scanning). Reverse engineering, decompiling, debugging, memory-analyzing or inspecting the MYTHOS software in virtual machines or analysis environments, attempting to manipulate the scan process, generating automated or fake PINs, or abusing the service in any way is strictly prohibited.

Section 6: Consent of the scanned player

No scan may be initiated without the knowledge and explicit consent of the player. If the player declines the agreement shown when opening the application, no scan takes place. Server teams must not coerce or mislead players into giving consent.

Section 7: Reports and server decisions

MYTHOS only reports technical findings; it does not ban or remove players from any server. Evaluating the report and deciding on any in-server sanction is solely the responsibility of the respective server administration.

Section 8: Intellectual property

All rights to the MYTHOS brand, web interface, review software, report layouts and verification infrastructure belong to MYTHOS. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or distribution of the software or content is prohibited.

Section 9: Suspension and termination

In the event of self-scanning, creating PINs for bypass or detection testing, account or access sharing, reverse engineering attempts or any other abuse of the service, MYTHOS reserves the right to immediately and permanently terminate dashboard access for the user or the entire Enterprise team without prior notice or refund.

Section 10: Limitation of liability

MYTHOS takes appropriate technical measures to keep the service reliable and secure, but is not liable for decisions made by third-party server teams based on reports, connectivity interruptions or indirect damages arising from user misuse.

Section 11: Updates and contact

MYTHOS may update these terms of use as the service evolves. The current version is always published on this page. For questions regarding these terms, you can reach us via the contact page.
